Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CCRP.Bot ("the Bot") handles information. The Bot is operated by ZG_Coding / HightowerLSSD ("we", "us", or "our").

1) Overview

CCRP.Bot is a personal Discord bot used exclusively for Rich Presence and status display. It is not offered as a commercial service and is not intended for public data processing.

2) Information We Do NOT Collect

• No names, usernames, or real identities
• No message content
• No voice data or audio
• No IP addresses stored intentionally
• No location data
• No authentication credentials
• No cookies or tracking pixels

The Bot does not maintain user profiles or databases of personal information.

3) Limited Operational Data

The Bot may temporarily process technical identifiers required by Discord’s API (such as user or application IDs) solely in memory to perform Rich Presence updates. These identifiers are:

• Provided directly by Discord
• Not stored persistently
• Not shared with third parties
• Used only for functionality already visible on Discord

4) Data Storage

The Bot does not intentionally store personal data. Any system or error logs (if present) are limited to operational diagnostics and are not intended to include personal content.

5) Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data. The only third-party service involved is Discord itself.

6) Third-Party Platform (Discord)

Your interaction with the Bot occurs entirely within Discord. Discord’s own privacy practices are governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7) International Privacy Compliance Notice

European Union (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, personal data is data that identifies an individual. The Bot is designed not to collect or store personal data as defined by GDPR Article 4. As such, no data subject rights requests are required for normal operation.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR)

The Bot follows the same principles as GDPR and does not process personal data.

United States (Including CCPA / CPRA – California)

The Bot does not sell or share personal information and does not meet thresholds requiring formal compliance mechanisms under CCPA/CPRA.

Canada (PIPEDA)

No personally identifiable information is collected, used, or disclosed.

Brazil (LGPD)

The Bot does not process personal data as defined under LGPD.

Australia (Privacy Act)

No personal information is collected or retained.

8) Children’s Privacy

The Bot does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age). As no personal data is collected, no age-based profiling occurs.

9) Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Bot’s functionality changes. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date.
