These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bot CCRP.Bot ("Bot") operated by ZG_Coding/HightowerLSSD ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1) Intended Use

The Bot is intended for personal use only and is primarily used to provide Discord Rich Presence and related status display functionality. It is not offered as a commercial service and is not designed for public use.

2) Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and be legally permitted to use Discord. If you do not meet those requirements, do not use the Bot.

3) Data Collection & Privacy

The Bot is designed to operate with minimal data.

No sale of data. The Bot does not sell personal information.
No sensitive data. The Bot is not intended to process sensitive or restricted personal data.
Rich Presence only. The Bot uses Discord-provided mechanisms to display status / activity information.
No persistent storage (intended). The Bot is not intended to store message content, attachments, or user data in a database. If any technical logs are produced, they are limited to operational diagnostics (e.g., error messages) and are not intended to include personal content.

If you publish a separate Privacy Policy, it may further describe any operational logging that occurs.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Violate Discord’s Terms, rules, or policies.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Bot or related infrastructure.
Use the Bot in a way that could harm Discord services or other users.

5) Availability & Changes

The Bot may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

6) Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on Discord’s platform and APIs. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Discord outages, API changes, or platform restrictions.

7) Disclaimer

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Bot.

9) Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Bot at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or Discord policies.
